Born from a love of bread

BabaBake was founded with a simple belief: that good bread can change your day. We started as a small passion project in East London, driven by the desire to bring authentic, handcrafted baked goods to our community.

Every morning, our bakers arrive before dawn to prepare the dough, tend the sourdough starters, and fill the ovens with the breads and pastries that have become our signature. We don't cut corners — every loaf, every croissant, every sandwich is made with care and intention.

Located in Whitechapel, we've become part of the neighbourhood fabric. A place where locals grab their morning coffee, where friends meet for lunch, and where the smell of fresh bread is always in the air.
